Checks should be made payable to Kashtan. Please mail checks to PO Box 347263, Parma, Ohio 44134. If you would like to pay in person, the instructor will put you in contact with a committee member. Any checks returned for insufficient funds are charged $18.00. 

Tuition is due on the above dates, with a 7 day grace period for payments, after which students are not permitted to participate in class. No refunds credits or adjustments for missed classes. 

All parents are required to assist with costumes during the school year. You will be contacted over the course of the year by the costume committee consisting of parents and board members. Responsibilities may include preparing costumes before shows, cleaning the costumes, and/or mending the costumes. 

All parents are required to purchase 2 tickets to the UCAA’s annual fundraising event, the Reverse Raffle. Tickets are $30 each and will be distributed in the fall/early winter. The Reverse Raffle will be held in January.

Shows

A schedule of events and shows will be posted and on the Kashtan bulletin board and will be updated as needed. Participation for shows is determined by a number of factors: the venue, the stage size, transportation logistics and choreographic needs. All students will participate in the recital at the end of the year. 

All class policies will apply as well to performances. Additional rules and policies for performances will be distributed whenever necessary. For safety purposes, all Kashtan students will be required to wear Kashtan logo t-shirts or sweatshirts for performances.

Open Door Policy

The director and instructors are paid employees of the school. Any questions or concerns can be directed to a member of the board.
